Timothy Magrino is a Product Specialist for the Convergys TecNet solution. In this role, he is responsible for providing customer technical support for all aspects related to the implementation of the TecNet solution. He is responsible for determining the customer�s business needs and then translating these needs into a viable implementation of TecNet.
Mr. Magrino was also the Testing Coordinator for Release 5.0 of TecNet. As the Testing Coordinator, he developed the system testing plan and then supervised the implementation of system and integration testing of new software releases. Prior to being the Testing Coordinator, Mr. Magrino provided on-site customer support for the implementation of TecNet for a client in Bern, Switzerland. During this two year overseas assignment, Mr. Magrino worked directly with the client providing real time solutions to day to day problems encountered with the implementation of TecNet.
Mr. Magrino has worked for Convergys since 1995. Prior to joining Convergys, he served for thirteen years as an officer in the United States Air Force. While in the Air Force his specialty was Telecommunications Engineering. There he lead numerous projects involving network provisioning, network planning, and engineering communication upgrades.
Mr. Magrino�s educational background includes a Master of Science in Systems Management from the University of Southern California, a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Systems from the Southern Illinois University, and an Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from the University of Cincinnati.
