• I'm a Product Specialist with Convergys Corp (see my Bio for more details). I provide marketing and customer support for an automated circuit provisioning product called TecNet. The TecNet product manages the provisioning process by administering and tracking workflow, designing circuits, tracking inventory, and managing trouble tickets.
